The EverTrue™ Serene Full is a 7”, full size, foam children’s mattress designed with advanced health, safety, and comfort standards. The Serene offers two levels of firmness to extend the life and use of your mattress. It features our exclusive SecureCore Technology™ engineered to enhance air circulation. A breathable honeycomb mesh fabric spacer is air permeable to provide superior core mattress ventilation. The unique pressure relief technology continuously adapts to each child’s position providing natural airflow and continuous support where your child needs it most. The Serene features an eco-friendlier foam using plant oils, that is CertiPUR-US® certified safe. Our inverted seam design means a bed bug and dust mite proof sleep environment for your child. Parents will appreciate our easy to clean Medical grade nylon waterproof cover. Like all Colgate mattresses, the EverTrue™ Serene is GREENGUARD ® Gold certified, CPSIA compliant, and compliant with all federal and state flammability requirements – without the use of fire retardant chemicals. Do I have to pay any tax and duty charges?

As of the 1st January local sales tax will be added at the point of checkout. The amount you pay is inclusive of all applicable duties. You will be responsible for assuring that any products you order comply with state and federal government import regulations.

When will I be charged for my order?

The time at which you'll be charged for your order will depend on the payment method you selected at checkout.

If your card is authorised, payment will be taken immediately and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful.
If you've selected one of our Buy Now, Pay Later payment options, you'll be sent an invoice within 24 hours of your order being placed. Your invoice will include details of when payment is due.
If you choose to pay via your iDeal account, you will be charged at the point of sale.

How do I return my order?

You’re not happy with your order, you have 100 days to send us back any items - FREE.

To make a return, just mark the items you are sending back on the return form that came with your parcel, pack what you are returning, and use the enclosed return label to send back your items. Make sure to cover up or remove the original delivery bar code on the box.
